With over 25 years’ experience in the industry, Sally leverages broad cross-functional knowledge of science, tech, and business for the development and launch of pharmaceutical products. Her line management and functional leadership expertise spans multiple therapeutic areas and phases of development. Prior to joining Noema, Sally served as the senior director and program lead at Certara Strategic supporting group, where she led cross-functional project teams to support clients including Biotech and Global Healthcare. Prior to joining Certara, Sally served as the former Head of Global Medical Affairs (PDMA) Project Management at Roche, where she ensured every Global Medical Team delivered strategic objectives effectively and efficiently. Sally is passionate about developing people and bringing together diverse teams to create clinically meaningful products.
