Jessica Kardish
Global Head of Clinical and Regulatory Operations
With over 25 years of drug development experience, Jessica Kardish joined Noema Pharma as Senior Vice President, Head of Global Clinical and Regulatory Operations in August 2022. Prior to Noema Pharma, she served as Head of Clinical Development and Operations at Seelos Therapeutics (Nasdaq:SEEL), as Senior Director, Clinical Operations Leader at Aevi Genomic Medicine and as a Group Lead, Global Clinical Development Operations at Shire Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Kardish had positions of increasing responsibility within Shire culminating in strategic development and oversight of global clinical operations within various development programs across CNS, GI and hematology business units. Jessica has contributed to multiple successful marketing applications and regulatory outcomes within the United States (FDA -Intuniv & Vyvanse), Europe (EMA -Xagrid) and Japan (PMDA -Agrylin). Ms. Kardish earned her Masters in Public Health in Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health (Baltimore MD USA) and her bachelor of science (Biology) from Dickinson College (Carlisle PA USA).
